Meet Your Inspector

Sal De Tillio - Owner/ Lead Inspector

*License #6346

After spending over a decade in the hospitality industry, I’ve learned how to anticipate people’s needs, communicate well, solve problems, and —most importantly -take pride in providing a great experience.

When I made the move into home inspection, I realized those same skills translate perfectly. Buying or selling a home can be stressful, and I believe your inspection shouldn’t add to that stress. My goal is to provide a thorough, honest inspection while making the process easy to understand. I’ll take the time to explain what I find, answer your questions, and help you leave the inspection feeling informed —not overwhelmed.

Finding my passion in home inspection, I attended Pre-Licensing Training at The Home Inspection Training Center before taking my NC State Exam. I’m proud to bring a hospitality mindset to the home inspection industry: show up, pay attention, communicate clearly, and take care of my people.

I look forward to helping you feel confident in your home.
